Furnishes a self service restaurant inside a hospital
Rome
NOVI ARREDO has furnished a self-service restaurant in a Rome-based hospital. The sizes are significant: 50 square meters only for the area dedicated to serving hot and cold dishes, to which another 30 square meters are added, dedicated to the mise en place, spinning drinks and trays zone. Bespoke furniture designed also for the built-in equipment of a well-known international brand of professional kitchens.
After the necessary on-site inspections, in February 2017 Noviarredo met the customer’s architects and immediately after our carpenters worked on the project and on the laminates selected by our customer. The black urban iron laminate, with natural stone effect by SM’ART, was chosen for the counters for the food serving. On the other side the ivory KRION® laminate was chosen for the top, creating a very beautiful chromatic contract. The top has been doubled to reach the total thickness of 5 cm and shaped to follow the curved line of the counter. It has antibacterial properties, requires little maintenance and it is very easy to wipe clean. In the middle of the counters some functional areas have been created to store objects. The furniture containing trays, bread etc, is manufactured in wall urban laminate with ‘plaster effect’.
Even the transport was well organized: all furnishing were palletized and transported to Rome where our staff assembled them. All the furniture we manufacture is assembled directly on site by our workers who can solve any kind of inconvenience or make last-minute changes.
